This is my personal website where. Currently under construction so no much information here yet, but working to turn this in a better looking page.
My name is Alessandro Santana, I have a bachelor's degree in Physics (2014) and I am currently working on my Master's degree in Physics at the "Gleb Wataghin" Institute of Physics, Brazil.
I work with theory and computational simulations of quantum systems, more specifically, with quantum optics and interaction of light and matter. My Master's dissertation is about entanglement distribution and generation in a network of trapped ions coupled by cavity arrays.
A little bit of pencil and paper, and a lot of Python 3, Wolfram Mathematica and Julia language. I use the libraries Qutip, Matplolib, Numpy for my numerical calculations.
